Who we are
Rakitsu is a small, independent project. Contact: .
The website (rakitsu.com)
- rakitsu.com is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not run our own servers for it.
- We added Cloudflare Web Analytics to count website visits. It only reports numbers — page views, referrers, rough country and device type — never anything tied to you personally. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. No personal or identifying information is collected. We still do not use tracking pixels or advertising.
- Like any web host, GitHub may record technical data such as your IP address in its server logs. That processing is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement, not by us.
- If you contact us by email or open an issue on GitHub, we see what you send us (your address or GitHub account and the message). We use it only to reply.
The software (Rakitsu CLI and web UI)
- Rakitsu runs on your machine. Your configs, prompts, sessions, and the local web UI (
rakitsu serve) stay on your computer. Nothing is sent to us. - Rakitsu does not contain telemetry, crash reporting, or usage analytics.
- When you run an agent, Rakitsu sends your prompts and tool results to the model providers you configure (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or a local Ollama). Their privacy terms apply to that traffic. Local models never leave your machine.
